Licensing

Pursuant to the Department of Transport, Transport Regulations (General and Port Operations) 2010 Articles TP47/10 and TP48/10, ADPC is authorized to provide, and not unreasonably withhold, licenses for all commercial activities carried out within ADPC port limits. 

Our mission is to provide a sustainable competitive environment within the port areas, attracting and maintaining port users, by ensuring that all service providers meet and exceed minimum expected levels of service. 

From 2012, licenses will be extended to cover most of the services offered within the port area.

For those activities covered under Licensing, only licensed operators will be permitted to operate within ADPC port areas.
