From time to time guidance in the form of a notice is issued by the Port Regulation and Compliance Department.  This guidance may be used to draw the attention of port users to wider legislative developments, for example the application of sanctions on trade with Iran, or to clarify the policy and standards of ADPC in relation to a new port activity.
