Port Rules
The Port Rules are the regulatory instruments which ADPC uses to direct and control the works, operations and activities which take place on the land areas of the ports managed by the company. The Port Rules are primarily intended to ensure the safety and well being of all port operations and port users. Any individual or company who enters or has an operation in any ADPC port is subject to the Port Rules, which are enforced by means of sanctions and fines.
