The Port Warehouse Rules establish common policies and requirements for the use of a warehouse, transit shed or covered storage area leased from ADPC Ports Unit; they have been established to provide fair and equitable treatment for all users.
Any tenant who fails to comply with the Port Warehouse Rules may be subject to a fine and/or sanction at the discretion of ADPC.
