Welcome Message

Welcome to the ADPC procurement portal.

Procurement Mission Statement

“Ensure fair and equitable treatment of all Vendors; promote Vendor confidence in the integrity of the procedures followed to procure Services, Plant, Materials and Works; effect value for money procurement while ensuring probity and accountability; provide efficient and professional procurement and contract administration services.“

The procurement process

ADPC works closely and in an interactive manner with its Vendors to ensure that everyone agrees on the goals of the project, the deliverables, and how success will be defined. ADPC has found that the procurement process is the key to providing a well-defined set of deliverables, ensuring timely completion and ultimately delivering a solution that allows ADPC to achieve their goals.

Procurement at ADPC is the responsibility of the Corporate Procurement Division (CPD). Should you wish to obtain information on current procurement activities, particularly open tenders and future Tender Activity and calls for Expression of Interest (EOI), please visit our Business Opportunities page.

CPD acquires goods, services and works on the basis of a formal contract award procedure following a competitive procurement process. Methods of solicitation may be formal or informal, based on ADPC Procurement Policies. Open international solicitations are advertised on the ADPC website and, as required, in newspapers of wide circulation and international industry bulletins. Notices of these advertisements are also sent to all eligible Vendors registered in ADPC’s Commercial Directory.
